Up to Dual 4K 240Hz resolution is supported on compatible macOS & Windows computers that support that resolution. Triple displays on Windows requires a compatible Thunderbolt 5 host computer. macOS does not support Triple displays via a Thunderbolt 5 connection.

Ethernet is only supported on Thunderbolt based hosts as well as USB4 hosts that support PCIe. Please contact your USB4 host manufacturer for PCIe support information.

The second USB controller is only supported on Thunderbolt based hosts, as well as USB4 hosts that support PCIe. Please contact your USB4 host manufacturer for PCIe support information.

Compatibility Information

The TS5 Plus is not compatible with USB-C host computers such as USB-C laptops, USB-C tablets, and USB-C phones. You can of course use USB-C accessories with the TS5 Plus.

The TS5 Plus is not compatible with Thunderbolt 3 Windows PCs.
