Here at Protape we pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service so would like to provide an update in light of the current situation we all find ourselves in.

We are still open and processing orders as normal via our website: www.datastores.co.uk, phone line 0207 291 0890 and email: customer.services@protape.co.uk . We would encourage you to order online or email customer service where possible.

The safety of our staff and customers is our main priority so we have temporarily closed our trade counter until further notice as per the government guidelines. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, this is being reviewed daily and we will re-open as soon as it is deemed safe to do so (based on the governments advice). Furthermore, we have recommended that all employees who are able to work from home should do so.

We are still shipping orders daily for ‘next working day’ delivery via DPD and delivering same day in London – Please advise when ordering if you are self isolating so our driver can leave your goods securely to maintain social distancing.
