What Technical Support we Offer
We can provide expert advice on configuring your product, including formatting, RAID configuration, cross-platform compatibility, and disk replacement.
If a technical issue develops further down the line, we will provide comprehensive technical support and liaise with the manufacturer in order to repair or replace your product.
To be eligible for support, the device must have been purchased from DataStores and be within the warranty period. We will require the serial number to verify this, which is usually on the product label.
If the device is out of warranty, we will still do our best to assist you.
Should you require data recovery, speak to one of our specialists, who will be able to advise you.
Warranty periods and support levels vary by manufacturer and model.
LaCie
LaCie warranty ranges between 2 to 5 years. Most LaCie products include free data recovery within the warranty period via Seagate recovery services. Look for the ‘Recovery Included’ sticker when purchasing your LaCie product.
